                       Notification of purchase of shares



Employees of the Marwyn Group, which includes Marwyn Investment Management LLP
(the investment manager of the Company) have, pursuant to the Marwyn Group
employee incentive scheme, collectively purchased 113,500 ordinary shares in the
Company on the open market.


Pursuant to the same employee incentive scheme, Marwyn Group employees have
purchased 145,000 ordinary shares in Marwyn Value Investors Ltd.
