On 20 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 31,786 ordinary shares at a price of 241p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,517,439 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,065,763 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
