On 2 July 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 5,180 ordinary shares at a price of 180.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,741,359 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,751,812 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
