On 3 June 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 190p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,680,182 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,812,989 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
