Notice of Results 

Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical" or "the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, will announce the Group's Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 September 2023 on 16 November 2023.

An online presentation for sell-side analysts hosted by Mark Smithson (founder & Chief Executive Officer) and Josh Egan (Chief Financial Officer) will take place at 9:30am on Thursday 16 November 2023. Please contact [e-mail] for further information.

In addition, management will also conduct a live online investor presentation covering the Group's Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 September 2023 on Monday 20 November 2023 at 2.00pm.

This event is open to all existing and potential shareholders and registration is free. A Q&A session will follow the end of the presentation.
