Marks Electrical Group plc confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("FY23"), which includes the Company's FY23 audited financial statements, will be posted to shareholders today and are now available on the Company's corporate website: https://group.markselectrical.co.uk. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 10 August 2023 has also been posted on the website and will be mailed to shareholders together with the Annual Report.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. on 10 August 2023 at the Company's registered office, 4 Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AU.

The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy on the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting before the deadline of 11:00 a.m. on 8 August 2023.

To facilitate the smooth operation of the meeting, the Board kindly requests that any shareholders who plan to attend please email the Company Secretary no later than 11:00 a.m. on 8 August 2023 at [e-mail].

Shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting but who would like to submit questions to the Board are requested to direct these to the Company Secretary in advance of the meeting at the email address above before 11:00 a.m. on 8 August 2023.
