Change of Name of Subsidiary

Manx Financial Group PLC announces that its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Conister Trust Limited, has, with immediate effect, changed its name to Conister Bank Limited to more accurately reflect the range of banking services it provides. 

Conister Bank (the "Bank") began life in the Isle of Man in 1935, as Conister Trust, primarily as a hire-purchase company to provide finance for cars and white goods.  The Bank has expanded its product offering, providing a broader range of products, including:

·           Conister Finance – Secured and unsecured lending to both personal customers and businesses to purchase a diverse range of assets such as cars, boats, kitchens, commercial vehicles, IT and agricultural equipment.

·         Conister Savings – Fixed term, fixed rate savings accounts, and

·         Conister Wealth Management– Independent Financial Advice across a range of investment, savings, pensions, mortgage and insurance products.
