Limited sold, 1,845,049 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company (representing 3.50%
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

As a result of this transaction, Cazenove Fund Management Limited now hold
3,897,804 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company (representing 7.39% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital).
