                   Disclosure of Material Interest in Shares

On 16 June 2005, the Company was informed of the following material interest in
its shares:

On 13 and 14 June, John Spens acquired via his self-administered pension scheme
17,245 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Spens's total shareholding following this purchase is 1,484,645 Ordinary
Shares representing 11.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
