Notice of AGM

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 10.00am on 13 November 2015.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders, together with a copy of the 2015 Annual Report. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the 2015 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website http://www.mpofund.com.

A copy of the Notice, the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report has also been filed at the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
