we hereby make the following notification:-

On the 21st March 2007, Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of HBOS plc, disclosed an indirect interest in 6,776,000 
Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each. This holding represents 6.453% of the issued
share capital, an increase of 0.953% from that disclosed in the Admission
Document.
