On the 19 May 2008, GLG Partners LP disclosed a decrease in their holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 14.72% to 9.33%. This resulted from the sale of 5,650,000 shares on 16 May 2008. They are now the direct owner of 9,800,000 shares.
