On the 26th June 2007, INVESCO plc disclosed an increase in their holding of
Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 21.05% to 25.41%. This resulted from the purchase
of 4,575,000 shares on the 20th June 2007. They are now the indirect owner of
26,685,000 shares.
