The Company has today been notified that Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin's non-beneficial
interest  has been reduced by 34,042 shares as a result of a transfer  of  these
shares  from  a  family trust to the beneficiary. His current  interest  in  the
issued and voting share capital of the Company is now as follows:

Non-beneficial: 57,237  (0.11%)
