Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Award

The Company announces that on 2 August 2023 the following performance share award (the "Award") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the following Executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Award will vest on 2 August 2026 subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment as set out in the Company's 2022 Directors' Remuneration Report.
