In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

LSL Property Services plc's capital consists of 104,158,950 ordinary shares with
voting rights. LSL Property Services plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in LSL Property Services plc is
104,158,950.

The above figure of 104,158,950 shares may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, LSL
Property Services plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
