Non Executive Board Changes

LSL Property Services plc ('LSL') announces the appointment of Mark Pain as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and the resignation of Mark Warburton as a Non Executive Director, both with effect from 1st July 2009. 

Mark Warburton has been a member of the LSL board since its flotation in November 2006 and he is leaving to pursue other interests. 

Mark Pain joins LSL with significant PLC board experience in both the property and financial services sectors. 

Since 2006, Mark has been Group Finance Director of Barratt Developments PLC where it has been announced he will be leaving shortly to embark on a portfolio career. Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Abbey National Group PLC over a period of 14 years, including Group Finance Director between 1998 and 2001. Mark is also a Non Executive Director of Punch Taverns PLC and Johnston Press PLC.
