In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Mr Rupert Barclay ACA has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 June 2008. He succeeds Mr Peter Troughton who is stepping down from this role as a result of his length of service. Mr Troughton continues to serve as a Director on the Board.
