Lookers plc ('the Company') was yesterday notified that Fidelity International
Limited (FIL) PO Box HM670 Hamilton HMCX Bermuda have decreased their holding of
Lookers ordinary shares of 25 pence each to a total holding of 1,204,707
ordinary shares or 3.44% of the Company's issued share capital.
