The Company was informed today that following recent transactions in Ordinary
shares of 25p each, Jupiter Dividend and Growth Trust PLC and Jupiter High
Income Fund, clients of Jupiter Asset Management Limited, no longer have a
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
