Rule 2.9 Announcement

On 24 May 2023, LondonMetric declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.6 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend") payable on 12 July 2023 to Shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 2 June 2023.

On 5 July 2023, LondonMetric confirmed that, in accordance with the terms of the scrip dividend scheme ("Scheme"), 599,877 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") are to be issued in relation to the Dividend. 

On 12th July 2023, the Shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, it had 983,568,341 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue with one voting right per share. No shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 983,568,341 ordinary shares.

This figure of 983,568,341 ordinary shares may also be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
