Dividend declaration in respect of the year ending 31 December 2023

 

 

 

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has today declared an interim dividend of 82 pence per ordinary share of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,259,877 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £10,053,099.14.

 

The above dividend will be paid on 7 December 2023 to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2023 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 9 November 2023.
