Lok'nStore Group plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to
Shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 7 December
2007, were duly passed.

A breakdown of proxy votes lodged 48 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting is set out below:
