The Board of Lok'n Store Group plc was notified on 24 March 2004 that, following
the sale of 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 23 March
2004 at 112p per share, Canada Life Marketing Group now holds 900,000 Ordinary
Shares. This represents 3.6% of the issued share capital following the share buy
back.
