Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 24 April 2013 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 124.5p each per share on 24 April 2013.

Following the transaction Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 206,000 Shares, representing 0.85% of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company was further notified on 24 April 2013 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 124.5p each per share on 24 April 2013.

Following the transaction Mr Peal's total interest in the Company is 192,000 Shares, representing 0.79% of the Company's total issued share capital.
