Corporate Synergy Plc has resigned as the Company's Nominated Advisor and Broker
with effect from 20 February 2007.

Should the Company fail to appoint a new Nominated Adviser within one month of
today, however, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled
in accordance with the AIM Rules.
