Deutsche Bank AG as follows:


On 25 January 2008, Deutsche Bank AG acquired 2,909,351 ordinary shares in the
Company. This took their holding up from 8,732,046 shares (representing 3.05% of
the Company's issued share capital) to 11,641,397 shares (representing 4.06%).
