Employee SAYE, Issue of Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces the grant of new share options to employees through its Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share option scheme and the issue of ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to good leavers from the Group's existing SAYE schemes.   

SAYE Scheme

Likewise has granted options over a total of 4,462,181 Ordinary Shares under its SAYE share option scheme in accordance with HMRC rules. The 2023 SAYE options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme, of 17 pence and vest 3 or 5 years from the contract date of 1 June 2023.          

Following the issue of the SAYE options, the Group has 26,847,431 options outstanding in total.

Issue of Ordinary Shares

The Group has also issued 22,500 Ordinary Shares (the "Issue") to one employee who was a good leaver under the terms of the existing SAYE schemes of Likewise. 22,500 Ordinary Shares are being issued at a price of 10 pence each.

Total Voting Rights

Application has also been made for 22,500 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Issue to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 2 May 2023.

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 243,858,480. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
