Holding in the Company
In accordance with the provisions of Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985,
Legal & General Group Plc ('the Group') has been advised today that M&G
Investment Management Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of 2.5p of the Group.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
Obtains access to the information in a personal capacity;
Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
