Appointment of Advisers
Legal & General Group Plc (the Group) announced today that, following a review
of its corporate advisers, the Group has appointed Goldman Sachs International
Ltd. and Lazard as its investment bankers.
The Group has re-appointed UBS Warburg and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as its
corporate brokers.
