Further to the most recent buy-back of shares in Leeds Group the Company
announces that Mr Johann Claesson, a director of Leeds Group plc, continues to
hold 7,978,050 ordinary shares which now represents 25.4% of the ordinary shares
in issue and Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, a director of Leeds Group plc, continues to
hold 6,732,499 ordinary shares which now represents 21.4% of the ordinary shares
in issue.
