The Company announces that it was notified on 15 March 2007 in accordance with
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that on 15 March 2007 FMR Corp held
907,620 ordinary shares of 5p each in Lansdowne, equivalent to 4.36 per cent of
the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name
of Mellon Bank N.A.
