Employee Share Ownership Plan invested dividends by acquiring ordinary shares at
a price of 657p per share for the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr J Dodds:        6 shares

Mr R W Gregory:    6 shares

Miss D E Mattar:   6 shares

Mr R W Side:       4 shares
