Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £9.50 for
the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr R W Side:         13 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:

Mr J Dodds:         576,579 shares (1.62% of the issued share capital)
Miss D E Mattar:     57,959 shares (0.16% of the issued share capital)
