Application for Share Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 65,821 ordinary shares of 1p, to trade on the
London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the offer of the Scrip Dividend Alternative.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
