At the Annual General Meeting held today, the outgoing Chairman, Mr J C G
Stancliffe announced that Mr Richard Oldfield, an existing director of the
Company, had been appointed as his successor by the Board acting in its role
as nomination committee.
All the resolutions put to the meeting were passed.
