of a Public Limited Company under section 67 of the Companies Act, 1990

I write to advise you that due to a recent change in issued capital in Kenmare
Resources ORD IEP0.05 your percentage holding has changed, being 4.744% of the
issued stock of that class.

Please record the above particulars in the Register maintained by you for the
purposes of Sections 67 to 71 of the Companies Act, 1990, as required by
Section 60 of the Companies Act 1990.
