In order to satisfy market demand Elaine Butterworth has today sold 3,977,000
ordinary shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 6.01% of the
issued share capital, at 72p per share.



Elaine Butterworth's shareholding was placed with institutions through Corporate
Synergy Plc, the Company's broker, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms
of an orderly market arrangement which allowed Elaine Butterworth to sell shares
only to meet excess demand.



Following this trade, Elaine Butterworth no longer has an interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company.
