K3 Business Technology Group plc announces that application has been made for
167,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted to listing on the Alternative
Investment Market.  These shares are being issued as deferred consideration for
the acquisition of Touchline Network Television Limited.  It is expected that
trading in these shares will commence on Thursday 19 September 2002.
