Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC's (`the Company') capital consists of
26,688,920 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is
26,688,920.

The above figure (26,688,920) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
