Posting of Subscription Reminder 

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that it has posted a letter to remind shareholders of their right to subscribe for new Ordinary shares on 3 April 2017 at a price of 150.79p, on the basis of one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held.

In addition, a copy of the letter has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
