The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 5th
February 2007 was £30.794 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 112.95p and the undiluted net asset is estimated to have been 115.38p.
