Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc

Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc (the `Company') has been notified by Utilico
Investment Trust plc (`Utilico') that following a transaction it no longer has a
notifiable  interest in the Ordinary shares in the Company.  Utilico has a
remaining interest in 655,000 Ordinary shares in the Company amounting to 2.45%
of the issued share capital of that share class.
