Holding(s) in Company

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") received notification from Jupiter Asset Management Limited
("Jupiter") that following the rollover of Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust PLC, Jupiter has an interest in
3,281,510 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.11% of the issued capital of
this class of share.

The Company also received notification from Jupiter on behalf of its client Jupiter International Group PLC ("JIG") that
JIG has a holding in 1,673,336 Ordinary shares representing 6.69% of the issued capital of this class of share.
