                  Notification of major shareholder's interest


The Company was notified on 15 October 2004 that, following the transfer of
105,264 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') from Insuperable
Fund Managers Limited to London Capital Limited (both of which are managed by
Londinium Management Services Limited), London Capital Limited is interested in
105,264 Shares, representing 6.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company and Insuperable Fund Managers Limited no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
