Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific has today been advised that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made on 5 August 2013 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of three Directors of the Company, as follows:

A total of eight Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to which the Company added a further eight Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 916,354 Ordinary Shares representing 17.10 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.

A total of 95 Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Barnbrook, a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, to which the Company added a further 38 Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 22,381 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 26,550 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

A total of eight Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of Ralph Cohen, the Finance Director of the Company, to which the Company added a further eight Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 50,873 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 43,100 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 1575.0p per Ordinary Share.  Purchases of a further 1,020 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 56 other members of staff under the Plan.
