The Company has today been informed that RAB Europe Fund Limited yesterday sold
1,100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.

Consequently, RAB Europe Fund Limited is now interested in 1,205,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each, representing 3.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
