The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd April 2024, a dividend of 3.0 pence per share will be paid on 17th May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19th April 2024.  The ex dividend date is 18th April 2024.
