JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc have today purchased 26,221 ordinary shares at 451.75 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 25,677,471 including 1,400,900 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.81%.
