TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 94,500 ordinary shares at 480.38 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,132,180 including 307,500 shares held in Treasury at a weighted average discount of 14.99%.
